Kite-Edu is a unified school platform that connects school administrators, teachers, parents, students, and bus drivers in real time. It combines academic management (attendance, grades, homework, certificates) with smart school transport (live bus tracking, safety alerts) in a single product.
Kite has three apps. Kite Org is the web dashboard for school administrators and teachers. Kite Driver is the mobile app for bus drivers and assistants. Kite Client is the mobile app for parents (iOS and Android).
All three Kite apps support English and Arabic. Additional languages can be added on request for international schools.
A typical school is fully onboarded within 1–2 weeks. This includes importing student data, configuring bus routes, and training the admin and teacher team. Multi-school groups take 3–4 weeks.
Open the Kite Client app on your phone. You will see your child's bus on a live map with the estimated arrival time. The map updates every few seconds as the bus moves.
Yes — install the free Kite Client app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Your school will give you login details.
Very accurate. The app uses live GPS data and real road conditions to calculate the ETA. Most parents see arrival times accurate within 1–2 minutes.
Yes. You receive a notification when your child is picked up, when they reach school, when the bus leaves school, and when they are dropped off at home.
Yes. The Kite Client app includes the full academic dashboard — grades, homework assignments, school calendar, certificates, and direct messages from teachers.
Kite sends an alert if your child is picked up or dropped off at a location different from their saved profile, so you always know where they are.
Administrators use Kite Org (a web dashboard) to manage academics (attendance, grades, homework, certificates) and operations (bus fleet, routes, drivers, finance, reports) from one place.
Yes. Teachers log in to Kite Org with their own permissions. They can record attendance, enter grades, set homework, communicate with parents, and view their assigned classes.
Most platforms cover either academics or transport — Kite covers both in one product. We also offer unique creative safety features: forgotten student detection, movement monitoring during boarding, speed and stop alerts, and location change alerts.
Kite is designed to scale. Schools from 100 students to multi-campus networks of 10,000+ students all run smoothly on the same platform.
Yes. Kite supports multi-organization management. A school group, ministry, or franchise can manage all their schools from one Kite Org account with role-based permissions per campus.
We can integrate with most common student information systems and accounting tools. Tell us which systems you use and we will confirm compatibility.
Kite Driver shows the route map in real time, the list of students for each trip, fast pickup and drop-off marking, smart safety alerts, and an emergency SOS button — all designed to keep the driver focused on the road and the children safe.
Pressing SOS instantly notifies school administration, sends the bus's current GPS location, and records the time of the alert. Administration can call the driver back through the app.
Yes. Kite Driver runs on Android phones. The school usually provides the phone, or the driver uses their own with the app installed.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is strictly controlled by role-based permissions. Only authorized people (parent, teacher, admin) can see your child's information.
Data is stored on secure cloud servers with 24/7 availability and automated backups. Regional data residency is available on request.
Only you (the parent), the teachers assigned to your child's class, and authorized school administrators. Drivers see only the names and pickup/drop-off points of children on their current trip.
Yes. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting support. All personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Pricing depends on school size and the features you need. Most schools fall into 3 tiers based on student count. Contact us for a quote tailored to your school or group.
